Explanation Concering Books Comfort Food

Emily Vargas has been taken captive. As part of his conditioning methods, her captor refuses to speak to her, knowing how much she craves human contact. He's far too beautiful to be a monster. Combined with his lack of violence toward her, this has her walking a fine line at the edge of sanity.

Told in the first person from Emily's perspective, Comfort Food explores what happens when all expectations of pleasure and pain are turned upside down, as whips become comfort and chicken soup becomes punishment.

DISCLAIMER: This is not a story about consensual BDSM. This is a story about “actual” slavery. If reading an erotic story without safewords makes you uncomfortable, this is not the book for you. This is a work of fiction, and the author does not endorse or condone any behavior done to another human being without their consent.

Notice About Books Comfort Food
This book is messed up on so many levels but I couldn't put it down for one second. But what made me think was this line from About the author:"If you haven't developed morals by the time you start reading erotica, it's probably too late."

Find all of my reviews at: http://52bookminimum.blogspot.com/ Today I found something beautiful and decided to break it. I wanted to see it shatter in my hand and crumble at my feet. I have owned this book for nearly five years and have only considered reading it twice. I picked it up when my friend Sammy pointed out it was free one day without bothering to read the synopsis. Once I did I put it on the backburner knowing it would have to be a right place/right time type of read for me. The right

Now I've read plenty of books in this particular genre. They all have their own unique way of telling their stories though, when it comes to the H/h, plot etc.. But they all follow the same rule of the thumb, in most cases, when it comes to the growth/or outcome concerning events & the MC's. That being said, I've NEVER read a book in this genre, executed in the way that this one was. This one had a lot of points/limits, some of them hard for me to witness & accept. But that's not what

4.5 StarsThere are a lot of excellent reviews on this, but I will just say that I thought it was a very compelling read. I loved the human psychology aspects and I couldn't put it down. Definitely not for everyone though.

This book is about a woman, Emily, who's kidnapped and "broken" by a psycho with good looks. BIG SPOILER AHEADMain problem: she is so weak that she can't stand to be alone after the first day - she'd rather prefer her kidnapper to touch her than to be alone and safe in an empty room. Seven days later she wants him fiercely. After two weeks (which in the book represent less than 30 pages) she's having orgasms over him. Hmmm... I'm more disappointed in the reviews than in the book, which in the

Disturbing five negative stars. This didn't do it for me. Twisted, dark and not erotic at all. This is a unhealthy tale of Stockholm syndrome with BDSM. It holds no fascination to me. I read the book in a shocked state. I couldn't believe it was rated as erotic. That it received so many 5 stars! GOD! This is f****** c***! The hero (?) was flat monster - not even a twisted psycho. And the author could have explored him very well as he has some characteristics that could have made him a very

I've been all over the place on rating and reviewing this book. So if you gave it a low rating, I'm in total agreement with you! My rating is based solely on the fact the book was able to take my mind (and libido) in places I would normally be totally against. It was able to totally manipulate me emotionally. I know somewhere in my subconscious I was doing thisI went in blind thinking it was some type of The answer to that would be a big fatWe have two characters in this book: Emily and the guy
