I loved this book not only was it hot very hot but it had a humour running through it which it very fun and readable,the story was good and the characters well rounded and likable,I have recommended this book to many friends.I'm a simple man with a complex mind and a penchant for new, unusual and exciting experiences. I have a well-earned sense of humor and it shows in my writing. My characters are real like you and me, flawed, genuine, and wanting for true love like the rest of us. Sometimes they have to take a journey to get there and discover it, but don't we all? Follow interesting people on their journeys,4.5 stars- a copy was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review. As with some ARCs received, I didn't read the synopsis. I try to go in to the story with a blank slate. When I began reading Liberty Belle, I wasn't sure where the story was headed. The beginning was filled with list of definitions and explanations of the military terms being used in the story it was slightly off putting but I was grateful for some of them. This is an erotic but yet funny well written book that will keep you on your toes and shaking your head at the same time. Meet Kyle a young new recruit on his first shore leave. Out with other recruits Kyle meets Belle. A sassy redhead that turns his world inside out. Should i tell you more? Probably, but i'm not going to. Why spoil it for you when you can read it for yourself.
I have to be honest ...there is no way I can finish this book. Cummings constant use of 'quotes' (for things he must think we're not smart enough to figure out) is annoying and his lack of paragraphs is infuriating!Someone please get Cummings a decent editor and this book might be worth a second chance. Until then...it's on the shelf!
Oh my word your sex terminology is so corny!! But that's what makes this book. It's Max and his way with words. The plot and story line are pretty good. I'm liking it.
i enjoyed this read it gave a little insight into life in one of the forces plus lots of hot sex. certainly a story with a twist a guy having a wild fling with a girl who is not deaf but is mute & how they manage to communicate and how their affair progresses and more interesting twists and turns that get added as we go along in their story. im glad this one had a finsh rather than a cliffhanger. if you dont like lots of hot sex this book may not be for you
This is by far my Favorite story by Maxxx so far, Max the main man is so funny, sweet , hot and hell of a alpha dog... The trouble maker in this storyline makes me swoon even more..It doesnt hurt that Maxxx has written this book with so much heat it isnt funny... you will laugh at the terms used but it really is perfect.Max the character is fantastic,the real perfect male.... Lib Belle is fantastically written and you really cant help but want more of Max... bring on lib belle 2 ....
